New flying rules for the Roost Road field.

1. Effective immediately ALL pilots need a spotter while flying, NO exceptions. Spotters must call our pilots that over fly the box and call out possible problems plus landing and taking off.

2. All flying must be contained in a vertical or horizontal box that extends from the outer edge of the runway to the flag and windsock mounted just before the tree line in front of the runway and to the tree line to the right and left of the runway.

3. Anyone flying jets, helicopters or 3D MUST demonstrate above average flying skills. Only ONE pilot in the air when flying jets, helicopters or 3D.

4. Low flybys or 3D moves must be done over the center of the grass field NOT the runway.

Pre-flight procedures that should be followed.

1. Safety check your equipment before each flight. That includes hinges, control horns, covering, landing gear, servos and motor.

2. Don't fly with partially charged batteries. Thinking you can get one more flight out of that half-charged battery is a recipe for a crash.
